The design-build of this 1.5 million-square-foot distribution center on a 119-acre site included extensive excavation and site work, along with design and coordination of all mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, CCTV and fire alarm systems. The $25 million material handling system in the distribution center uses more than seven miles of conveyor belts.
